Operating Principle: An engine is connected to a generator (cogeneration). The residual heat from the engine, generators, and gases (heat recovery technology) provides thermal energy for your heating, hot water, or other processes requiring heat. The electricity produced by cogeneration can be used to meet internal needs, supply the public electrical grid, or be sold to third parties.

  1. Operating Principle

    Materials such as straw, hay, miscanthus, etc., are naturally dried, pressed into bales, and fed into the gasifier without prior crushing. This process generates hot water, steam, or hot gas. The burned gas is particularly clean and can be used for direct drying of crops without contaminating the grain.

  2. What We Offer

    Straw gasification boilers are available with a capacity ranging from 100 kW to 2 MW, tailored to specific needs.

    Gasifiers deliver producer gas for electricity generation (and simultaneous heat production) and supply it to local gas networks. This provides a particularly high-energy synthetic gas / syngas (50% H2 + 15% CO + 5% CH4 + 30% CO2: ~ 11 MJ/kg).

    The ash produced from the process, derived from naturally regenerative straw, is white and powdery like dust. It contains all the minerals necessary for plant growth. The ash replaces the purchase of more expensive fertilizers.

    The ash from these fuel materials melts at low temperatures, making standard boilers unusable. All dry gases are suitable as fuel for the boilers.
